So here we are with a podcast.

Hooray!

It’s been in the simmering pot for quite some time, as we wanted another way to connect with you, dive deeper into topics and to also share what we are up to at Inner Light Healing without it always being something you read.

We want you to really get to know us. Be part of the journey…and the conversation.

So here’s the start. It’s basically me, Jody, rambling as to why we started a podcast. And to be honest, I still get in my head ALOT…so I figured if I just pop an episode out there, I would stop overthinking it and just keep going.
